TO GROUP CEO / EXECUTIVE PA TO CEO
Responsibilities :
- To attend all secretarial duties, personal,
administrative, confidential matters.
To manage, arrange & schedule work appointments,
meetings, travel itinerary & hotel accommodation
for Group CEO.
- To assist in preparation of business proposals,
power point presentation, general correspondences
and handling inquiries.
- To coordinate the planning & smooth function
of meetings, prepare minutes and follow
up action plans.
- To liaise & follow up on all business &
work related matters for the Group CEO.
- To maintain contact lists and Public Relations
activities with clients.
- To upkeep office filing system efficiently
at all times and managing all in-going &
out-going documents.
Requirements:
- A recognised Professional Certificate or
Diploma in Secretarial Certificate, Business
Administration and equivalent.
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal
skills.
- Computer literate with good knowledge in
Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 5 years' working experience in the
related field is required for this position.
- Strong in spoken and written English and
Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse in Mandarin
will be an added advantage.
- Good attitude, interpersonal skills and
mature.
- Preferably Chinese candidate with outgoing
and cheerful personality.
- Able to multitask, self-motivated, work
independently and able to work under.
- Social media management skills will be an
added advantage.

DESPATCH, ADMINISTRATION
Responsibilities :
- To deliver and collect documents from Head
Office-Division-Other Divisions.
- To carry out bank in and collection of all
payments.
- To carry out payment of utility bills and
franking / posting of letters.
- To forward documents and payment to statutory
office.
- To responsible for the maintenance of the
franking machine.
- To perform any other work as and when required.
Requirements:
- PMR/SRP or Certificate in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience.
- Basic command of both spoken and written
- English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant personality, independent, organised
- and committed to work.
- Possess own transport & willing to travel.

SENIOR EXECUTIVE/EXECUTIVE, FINANCE
Responsibilities :
- To prepare monthly standard / non-recurring
journal vouchers on a timely basis.
- To prepare appropriate Accrual Listing and
journal entries for month end closing.
- To prepare and compare budget with actual
expenditure and report material variances.
- To prepare Profit & Loss schedules on a
timely basis.
- To perform monthly bank reconciliations
and Accounts Payable of any cheque write
back of more than 6 months.
- To review and submit Accounts Payable Ageing
Report for accuracy of credit terms.
To assist in month end store inventory /
operating equipment inventory taking or
fixed assets inventory.
- To assist in bi-monthly and surprise cash
counts of General Cashier and Purchasing
Department.
Requirements:
- Professional Certificate or Diploma in Accounting
or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience.
- Good command of both spoken and written
English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to converse in Mandarin will be an
added advantage.
- Possess good attitude, interpersonal skills,
mature & independent.
- Preferably Chinese candidate with cheerful
personality.
- Meticulous, good analytical skills, resourceful
and results driven.
- Possess own transport.
