MANAGER, SITE ADMINISTRATION (HORTICULTURE)
Responsibilities :
- To source and achieve a good and reputable tenant mix for the Company's properties.
- To liaise and negotiate with tenants on the terms and conditions of Tenancy Agreement, Licence Agreement etc.
- To liaise with Property Administration Department on tenancy administrative function, i.e. preparation of Proposal Letter, Offer to Let, Licence Agreement, Tenancy Agreement and correspondences with the tenants.
- To participate in promotions, exhibitions and property launches to market and lease the properties.
- To formulate and implement marketing activities such as advertising & promotion, road show, events or activities.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in a similar capacity preferably in the property industry.
- Provide excellent sales services to existing and potential customers.
- Independent, results-driven with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.

SOUS CHEF, CULINARY
Responsibilities :
- To assist in preparing and cooking food and to ensure efficient, effective and excellent service at all times.
- To inspect stores, refrigerators and freezers daily to ensure that there is no wastage.
- To assist to control costs by minimising spoilage, utilising food surpluses and exercising portion control.
- To check the quality and quantity of food received at the receiving and stores.
- To assist in operating the outlets with budgeted headcounts and food costs.
- To monitor the kitchen's operating costs and take corrective actions to reduce expenses as and when necessary.
- To be in-charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Senior Sous Chef / Sous Chef, Food and Beverage.
- To make sure standard recipes are used and food is presented according to the standards set by the hotel.
Requirements:
- SPM or Certificate in Culinary Art or in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in maintaining the highest standards of service for banqueting / food and beverage outlets.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work on staggered shifts and flexible working hours.
- Possess own transport.

FINANCE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities :
- To assist in day-to-day functions in preparation of the general ledger and financial reports.
- To record monthly journal entries into the general ledger and to calculate and enter all adjusting journal entries.
- To assist in the preparation of financial statements, internal and external financial reports as and when required.
- To monitor posting and maintenance of financial records and ensure that all supporting documents are adequate and properly filed.
- To liaise with Accounts Payable and other internal departments with regards to financial accounting as and when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in accounting or LCCI or in a related field.
- Able to handle full set of accounts within tight deadline and proficient in computerised accounting software.
- Knowledge of IFCA accounting system and MS Office will be an added advantage.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess own transport.

Responsibilities :
- To massages customers and administers other body conditioning treatments for hygienic or remedial purposes.
- To massages body, using such techniques as kneading, rubbing, and stroking flesh, to stimulate blood circulation, relax contracted muscles, facilitate elimination of waste matter, or to relieve other conditions, using hands or vibrating equipment.
- To administers steam or dry heat, ultraviolet or infrared, or water treatments on request of customer or instructions of physician.
- To provide advices / directions to clients in activities, such as reducing or remedial exercises.
- To examine client and recommend body conditioning activities or treatments.
Requirements:
- SPM or Certificate in massage therapy or in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience.
- Good customer service & communication skills.
